Mandrel Tube and Pipe Bending
At RGC Metal Rolling & Bending, we currently have 3 mandrel bending machines for bending Tube and Pipe in Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Brass and Copper with the following capacity:
- Tube from 6mm up to & including 88.9mm OD tube
- Pipe from 10 NB up to & including 80 NB pipe
- SHS from 12mm x 12mm up to & including 50mm x 50mm
- Common Centerline Radiuses of bends are 65,75,100 and 150mm
- Depending on size of material
Tube and pipe can be bent in full lengths up to 6.5 metres with multiple bends for Frames, Handrails and Ute Headboards Racks etc
