Here at RGC Metal Rolling & Bending we have an 80 Tonne cropping capacity perfect for docking material to length:

  • Flat Bar up to Maximum 450 wide x 15 thick - Maximum 20 thick x 300 wide
  • Angle up to Maximun 150 x 150 x 13 thick @ 90 degrees
  • Angle up to Maximum 80 x 80 x 10 thick @ 45 degrees
  • Round Bar up to 45mm Diameter
  • Square bar up to 45 x 45mm

Crop

We also have an 80 tonne Punching capacity for holes for use on flanges fixing plates and more:

  • Holes up to 26mm Diameter in up to 22mm thick material
  • Holes up to 50mm Diameter in up to 12mm thick material
  • Rectangular notching is also available up to 50mm x 90mm x 12mm thick
